This Privacy Policy ("policy") is provided by Webfront ("Webfront", "we", "us", "our", the "Company") to inform you of our procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information received through our website, www.webfront.co ("Site") and any related services. A "user" of the site is anyone using the site, registered or unregistered, or someone corresponding with us using email or telephone.

Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. However, we are not a HIPPA Business Associate, nor is our Site HIPPA-compliant, and it should not be used to store any protected health information ("PHI"). By using our Site you agree that you will not upload or store any documents containing PHI. Uploading or storing any document containing PHI is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
Phishing
Identify theft and phishing are very concerning to us, and safeguarding your information is of top priority to us. We will not at any time request your credit card information, your login ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication. We advise you to not respond to any such request. We further advise you to report any request for such information that claims to be from us.

Audience
Our Site is not directed to any person under the age of 18 years and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person under the age of 13 years. If we become aware that any person less than 13 years of age has provided us with Personal Information we will make a reasonable attempt to delete all such information from our files and servers.
