Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Webfront ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website webfront.co and provides web design, digital marketing, and CRM/automation services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We're based in Washington State, United States. Our services are intended for businesses located in the United States.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you visit our website, and information we receive from third-party services we use.

Information you give us directly includes anything you submit through our intake form, contact form, or any communication with us. This typically includes:

  • Your name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Website URL
  • Information about your business, current marketing, goals, and approximate budget
  • Anything else you choose to share when describing your project or asking a question

Information collected automatically includes data your browser sends when you visit our site: IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and the referring page or source. We also store the source of your visit (search, ad, direct, referral) using URL parameters and cookies so we can understand which marketing efforts are working.

Information from third parties includes data from analytics and advertising platforms (described below), and any information you provide to scheduling or communication tools we use to work with you (for example, when you book a call through Calendly).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and follow up with relevant ideas, proposals, or scheduling links
  • Provide the services you've engaged us to deliver
  • Send you occasional updates about your project, our services, or content we think is genuinely useful — you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time
  • Understand how visitors find and use our website so we can improve it
  • Measure the performance of our marketing and advertising
  • Protect against spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising. Specifically:

  • Essential cookies are required for the site to function (for example, to keep multi-step forms working as you move between steps).
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how the site is used in aggregate.
  • Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta) let us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage personalized advertising preferences at Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences.

Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on a handful of trusted third-party services to run our business. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data:

  • Google — Analytics, Ads, Workspace (email and calendar), and related products
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement
  • Calendly — scheduling calls with prospective and current clients
  • Zoom — video calls
  • Pipedrive — our CRM, where lead and client information is stored
  • Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI — AI tools we use internally to draft responses, generate content, and analyze information you've shared with us
  • Our website hosting provider and email/SMTP provider, which receive data necessary to deliver the site and our emails

When we use AI tools to process information you've submitted, we use providers with business-grade terms that prohibit training their public models on our inputs. We do not submit information to AI tools for purposes outside of serving you.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you. That includes sharing with the third-party services listed above, sharing with your authorization (for example, if you ask us to introduce you to a partner), and sharing if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety. If we are ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and vetted third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit through forms while we're actively communicating with you or working together, and for up to three years after our last meaningful interaction, after which we delete or anonymize it as part of routine cleanup. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below). We may retain certain information longer when required by law, for tax and accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes.

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we have about you
  • Provide a copy of that information
  • Correct anything that's inaccurate
  • Delete your information
  • Stop sending you marketing emails (you can also unsubscribe directly from any email)

To make a request, email us at hello@webfront.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

California Residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the rights described above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources we collect it from, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with — all of which are described in this policy. You also have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; we do not sell personal information, and our use of advertising cookies described above can be opted out of through the browser controls and platform settings linked in the Cookies section. To exercise any CCPA right, email hello@webfront.co.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll provide additional notice — for example, by email or a prominent notice on our site.
