What you get

Everything your website needs to do real work.

You get a site built specifically for your business. Here's what comes standard.

Custom design

Designed around your business, your customers, and what sets you apart. Customized for your specific needs.

Fast on every device

Loads in a couple of seconds. Works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Built to convert

Every page has a job. Clear calls to action, easy contact, trust signals where they matter most ‐ so visitors ready to act can do so without friction.

Search-friendly from day one

Clean code, proper structure, and on-page SEO baked in from the start. So when customers search for what you offer, you have a real chance of being found.

Easy to update yourself

Add a service, update your hours, post a new project ‐ you can do it yourself in minutes, without breaking anything or calling a developer.

You own it

Your site, your domain, your hosting. You aren't locked into a proprietary platform. If you ever leave, you walk away with everything.

What makes it work

What separates a website that brings in customers from one that just looks pretty.

Useful whether you hire us or not. If you're evaluating your website, these are the things to check.

01

Speed matters more than most people realize.

Visitors decide whether to stay or leave within the first few seconds. If your site takes more than 2–3 seconds to load, you've lost a meaningful percentage of them ‐ and they don't come back. Speed determines whether the rest of your site gets a chance.

02

Clarity beats cleverness.

Within seconds of landing on your site, a visitor should know what you do, where you operate, and how to reach you. If they have to hunt for any of those, you've already lost them. The clearest sites win ‐ even when they're not the prettiest.

03

Trust does the heavy lifting.

What moves someone from browsing to calling isn't your design ‐ it's evidence that you're real and you're good. Reviews, photos of actual work, clear pricing, recognizable details. A polished site without trust signals is just decoration.

04

Mobile is the main event.

The majority of your visitors will see your site on a phone ‐ often in the middle of doing something else, often searching with real intent. If your site doesn't load fast and work well on mobile, you're invisible to the people most likely to hire you.

How we build

From kickoff to launch ‐ with no surprises.

Most new builds follows the same five-phase rhythm. You'll know what's happening at every stage, and see real progress along the way.

1

Discovery

We learn how your customers actually find and evaluate you, what your competitors are doing, and what's working or holding back your current site. Free, no commitment ‐ you walk away with real insight either way.

2

Strategy & structure

Before any code is create or pixels are pushed, we map out the site architecture, the key pages, and the path each type of visitor takes. This is where we make sure the site is built to convert ‐ not just to look good.

3

Design

Custom design specific to your business ‐ typography, color, photography, layout, voice. You'll see real designs and we iterate together until it's right.

4

Build

We code the site efficiently using modern tools and strategies. Our goal is to maximize the value for you; that means some sites will require a fully custom "built from scratch" approach, while for others that would be a waste of your money.

5

Launch & optimize

After extensive internal testing we'll review the website with you. After you're satisfied we launch carefully ‐ no surprise downtime, no broken links from your old site. Then we watch how visitors actually use the site and refine as needed.

Part of a bigger picture

Your site is the foundation. The rest is what makes it pay off.

A great website turns visitors into leads ‐ but it can only do that work if visitors actually arrive, and if every lead gets followed up before it goes cold. The site is one piece of a system. Strong on its own, much stronger with the other two pieces working with it.

Common questions

About building a small business website.

How much does a website cost?

The exact cost depends on the size of the site, the complexity of features (booking, e-commerce, integrations), and how much content production we're handling for you. We'll quote you specifics after we look at what you actually need.

How long does it take to build?

Smaller sites can be quicker; larger or more complex projects take longer. The answer for your specific project depends on scope and how fast we can collect content from you ‐ we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.

What if I already have a website?

Great. We'll audit it when we review your business. Sometimes the right answer is a partial rebuild or a focused fix, not a full new site. We'll tell you what we'd actually do based on what's there ‐ not push a blanket recommendation to start over.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. We can build sites you edit yourself ‐ text, images, hours, services, blog posts, all of it. That way you don't need a developer for routine updates. If you'd rather not deal with it, we offer ongoing support too.

What about hosting and maintenance?

Hosting is typically something you will pay for directly (separate from us) but we can help with setup. Updates, security, and minor changes are covered by an optional monthly support plan. You can also self-manage if you prefer ‐ we'll set you up to succeed either way.
